1. Quality Warranty Statement

Quality warranty refers to the free replacement or repair of defective parts caused by non-human and non-accidental damage to the "ROCK" drilling rig, such as product function failure and serious performance degradation, or free repair due to product defects caused by materials or manufacturing processes within a certain period of time. This free replacement refers to free parts and repair man-hours, it does not include the consumption of various oil products during the repair process and other consumables and wearing parts that are not covered by the warranty.

2. Quality Warranty Conditions

Sichuan Knock Drilling Machinery Co., Ltd. promises to guarantee the product only when the following conditions are met:

1. Equipment operators should be formally trained and have the ability to operate, use, maintain and maintain equipment correctly;

2. Operate, use, maintain and maintain the equipment correctly according to the requirements of the instruction manual;

3. Use oil, lubricating oil, lubricating grease and antifreeze according to the brand, model and correct filling method specified in the instruction manual;

4, the use of the company to provide or specify the original spare parts;

5. If a fault is found, measures should be taken in time, and at the same time, contact the company's after-sales personnel to prevent further expansion of equipment damage.

3. quality warranty period and quality warranty scope

Sichuan Nuoke Drilling Machinery Co., Ltd. only provides quality warranty for non-wearing and consumable parts with high value, and different parts have different warranty periods, as follows:

1. The warranty period of the replaced parts during the warranty period extends before the warranty period of the replaced parts, and automatically terminates with the end of the original warranty period;

The quality warranty period is not affected by factors such as the suspension of use of the product for various reasons;

3, the purchase of spare parts, from the date of purchase to enjoy 3 months of quality warranty;

4. The replaced parts shall be returned to Sichuan Nuoke unconditionally.

4. non-warranty coverage

1. For easy wear parts, easily broken parts, consumables, various filter elements and seals (including O-rings and V-rings, etc.), they are not covered by the warranty. See the table below for details.

2. The appearance of the whole machine and the paint fading, damage, peeling or surface rust of each part are not covered by the warranty.

5. Disclaimer

During the warranty period, the following situations do not fall within the scope of warranty:

1. Equipment damage caused by improper use, maintenance and illegal operation;

2. Equipment damage caused by the use of unqualified oil;

3. Equipment damage caused by using non-specified parts and components;

4. Equipment damage or performance failure caused by unauthorized modification of equipment without the authorization of the company;

5, due to negligence, accidents, natural disasters caused by force majeure equipment damage.

6. service commitment

For drilling rigs used in mainland China, Sichuan Knock Drilling Machinery Co., Ltd. solemnly promises:

1, to ensure that the service telephone can be connected at any time within 24 hours a day;

2. Provide solutions within 2 hours from the time of receiving customer service requirements;

3. For those who need service personnel to go to the site for processing, according to the distance S between the location of the drilling rig and Chengdu, they will arrive within the following time:

S≤ 100km, arrive within 5 hours;
100km 300km 600km S>1000km, arrive within 72 hours;

Except for force majeure factors such as traffic interruption and natural disasters.

7. Supplementary Notes

1. During the warranty period, free on-site service will be provided for equipment within mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). For equipment purchased in mainland China and used outside the mainland, the service fee shall be borne by the user if there is no special agreement;

2. The equipment operator shall accurately describe the equipment failure, and shall not conceal the real situation reflected by the equipment, and shall actively cooperate with the detection scheme proposed by the after-sales service personnel, test and reply in time, so as to more accurately judge the failure of the equipment;

During the maintenance service, the user should actively cooperate;

4. Sichuan Nuoke has the right to improve the products, and does not assume the responsibility and obligation to make the same improvement on the products sold before this;

5. Sichuan Nuoke shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or secondary damages;

6. The right to interpret these rules belongs to Sichuan Nuoke Drilling Machinery Co., Ltd.
